Frequently asked questions

Get to know Wazzumi before you sign up, or find a quick answer while using it.

What can I do with Wazzumi?
Record food, weight, body measurements, activity, workouts, steps and water. Build meals and recipes, plan your week, turn meal plans into shopping lists and review your progress. Choose just the features you want during setup or in Settings under What I track. Switching a feature off hides its tools and summaries while keeping your saved records.
Is it suitable for both weight management and fitness tracking?
Yes. You can use Wazzumi to manage weight, track nutrition or record strength and other activity. You can log workouts and food without setting a weight-loss goal. Wazzumi is intended for adults aged 18 and over; see the Terms and Conditions.
Where do I get it—is it in an app store?
Get Wazzumi directly from this website. It runs in your browser, and you can add it to your home screen or computer for easy access. It isn't listed in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Follow the installation guide, or keep using your browser.
Can I use it on different devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on your phone, tablet or computer to access the records you have saved to Wazzumi. Unfinished workout recovery drafts are stored in the browser where you entered them; those drafts do not sync between devices.
Does it work offline?
An internet connection is needed to load and save account data. Installing Wazzumi does not make the whole app work offline. Workout recovery can retain unfinished entries in the same browser after an interruption, but use Save progress when connected to save your workout to your account.
How are calorie estimates and weight-loss forecasts calculated?

Food calories come from the food records or reviewed estimates you use. Activity calories can be entered from a device, entered manually or estimated where supported. Check portions and review AI estimates before saving.

The weight-loss forecast uses your recorded weight, profile information and saved food/activity targets. It recalculates estimated resting energy needs (BMR) as projected weight changes, which can alter the target date. The forecast assumes you follow those targets; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed outcome. Your plan includes more detail about its assumptions.

Can I download my data or delete my account?
Yes. In Settings, choose Download my data for a JSON archive, CSV spreadsheet files or separate downloads of saved photos. Export does not require a paid subscription. Delete account is also in Settings and permanently removes your account from the active service. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and how retention and deletion work.
What does it cost?
Core tracking is free. Accounts with beta access receive complimentary Plus features during beta testing. Continued use of Plus features will require a subscription when Wazzumi launches commercially. See plans and beta information for the current offering; signed-in users can check their access in Settings under Plan and billing.
How do I get help?
Email support@wazzumi.com, or use Help and feedback in Settings to prepare a question, problem report or suggestion. Describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. The in-app option opens an email draft for you to review and send.
